Great cafe. I went in today after walking past it several times working nearby. The decor is pleasing and not over the top. For it being Euro, I expected house music to be pumping. I was wrong, it was a nice mix of 80’s and 70’s when I was there. The espresso is tamped by hand and shots are drawn nicely where the crema is rich. The foam was excellent with it being dense on top of my cappucino. In a world where automatic quick drinks are everywhere, it is nice to find a place that still works with the art of espresso and foam, you can always taste the difference, this is defenitaly not starbucks! Pastries and breakfast is delicious, try the fried egg bagel with spinach! I had a favorite breakfast/cafe place to go to in Texas, now I have one in Salt Lake.
