Light, white, minimalist and adjacent to an art gallery, the ICA’s bar is located on the Mall and is a great place to get a light bite to eat before a film screening or if you’re nearby. The dishes on offer are simple, affordable and delicious – I’ve sampled the risotto and the chicken curry on different occasions and both were great. There’s also a great selection of wines which you can then distill into plastic cups and take through to the ICA’s cinema or performance space if you’re eating before seeing a show. A great place to soak up an arty atmosphere and get a simple meal.
