The Restorant BOTANIKA has been established in 2016 to celebrate and promote traditional Albanian and the local food of the region. For generations, the inhabitants of this region produce their own food such as wheat, maize and vegetables, raise cattle for milk, cheese and meat or collect wild herbs and spices in the surroundings. The concept of BOTANIKA is to bring all these traditional and local ingredients on your plate, to share the experience of the pure and natural taste of the region. We choose only the finest ingredients, grown around Prrenjas in family gardens, wild collected in the region or self-made in family homes. It is our concept to bring natural and organic food on the table. We do not use processed food in our kitchen. We would like to invite you to explore the regions natural taste and flavours with us. After your stay, we welcome you to visit our Agro-MAP shop up the stairs, where you will able to obtain a collection of local food, spices and herbs to take with you on your on-going journey.
