Byrek and Bugaçe are the best in town. Chicken steak and sausage bugaçe were our families favorite. The owner is so nice, and always makes you feel welcome. We stayed in Elbasan for 11 weeks and ate their often.
Great Byrek in Elbasan. I always bring foreigners here to meet the owners and eat their amazing Byrek.
