Friendly and very professional service. A bar located in a good area . The atmosphere is fantastic. The cafe is on the third floor. A place when you can listen good music and have a nive conversation with friends.
I enjoyed visiting Bar elysee because of the service and the products that they offered but for my opinion they are a little overpriced.
Even though is a small place in the centre of Tirana the prices are equally with a 5 starts restaurant ?
Friendly service, reasonable prizes, nice atmosphere. The cafe is on the third floor so take the lift inside the small shopping centre.
