Libraria is located in the heart of "Blloku" area which is the coolest entertainment place in Tirana. Establish in 2010 and is family own. It is a good mix between a pub and a bistro bar. You will find here everyday lunch specials and a full bar. During the evenings you will find nice dishes, good drinks and a very selection of hard liquors and handcrafted cocktails menu.
