"Ardenica Restaurant & Wine" or "Balcony of Myzeqe" as the local people call it, is situated on top of Ardenica hills, very close to the Ardenica Monastery. Since 1995, we have been focused on cooking traditional food of the local area combining it with numerous modern cooking which are also accompanied by the best Italian and French wine. It is founded at height of 180 m above the sea-level and offers a 360's breathtaking sightseeing such as; Field of Myzeqe, Mountains of Berat and Adriatic Sea. From the outdoor restaurant there is a magnifisant view of the valley. The food is excellent (including frogs if you want) and service fast and polite.
Went for lunch with friends. The place is located on a hill and across the monastery. It’s a nice rustic place. We tried frogs (fried) and goat/kid from the oven. Very interesting combination.
Visited this restaurant after visiting the monastery. Within walking distance, so very convenient. Good varied menu. Did not have too long to wait. Quality food at a reasonable price.
