Bonsai was born when two friends in love with sushi found in the Angolan market an opportunity to break the dogma of sushi at prohibitive prices and bring a new experience to Angolans. We broke with the traditional way of going to a restaurant to bring you a new way to enjoy great sushi in the comfort of your own home!
