About
THE CONCEPT OF BIG APPLE IS SIMPLE. Good food and drinks, good service, in a relaxed and casual environment where people can hang out and socialize, or just be left alone to enjoy a coffee, a meal, or a beer. When creating Big Apple we didn't want a cafe, or a resto, or bar, we wanted to create an "environment." A place that is different within the BA cafe scene, not only because it looks different, not only because it had a different menu, but because it FEELS different from the minute you walk in. It's a place where you can come, and get a warm and sincere welcome, a place where the staff knows your name and you know theirs. A place where you feel you're not just a customer, but also a friend, a part OF us, not apart from us. The service counter should not be a boundary or border.Details
