CasaBares is a house that is transformed into a restaurant. An evergreen garden, a fireplace, an elaborate meal and a warm homely atmosphere. Located in the neighborhood of Colegiales, its space does not cease to surprise by the originality in all its gastronomic proposal. The whole adventure, and especially the cuisine, is coordinated by Tomas Bares, a distinguished and experienced chef, who added to his culinary skills training in performing arts: an added value that allowed him to excel in the visual creation of the dishes. CasaBares works behind closed doors (only with previous reservation) and its proposal of dishes is changing regularly to offer fresh and always renewed options. The menu consists of an input of choice, a main choice, dessert and water. They also have a wine list, craft beer and drinks. Always the classic sushi of the house and there are also creations like lamb with herb butter, garbanzo puree and vichy carrots; Flounder of sole; Braised brille with cream of potatoes; catch of the day; Two salmon tartar; Or seafood casserole, among the options that are being renewed.
