We stayed local to this Bar and various local tourist attractions. We used it mainly for breakfast and found staff, service and food of very good quality.
Poor coffee and only mediocre medialunas are served there. I wouldn’t go back for those. Service and location was/is good. The café has chairs and tables outside, which is nice.
Stop here. Good coffee, good pastries, nice waiters. On the way from Parliament to casa rosada. Typical bar portegno.
