About

Tilde was born from sharing the pleasure of good eating. Tilde is the story of a family, of several generations, sharing traveling and cultures. The story started this way, in this place, in Buenos Aires,, in San Telmo, in this Mexico street, which was the port and the refuge of customs. Tilde was born from that meeting, daugther of inmigrants, ran these cobblestones, danced in milongas and tasted various cuisines. And as many stories, love and children came. And so, one of her daughters, Patricia, spicies and herbs lover, curious and creative, lover of gastronomy, started Tilde, in honor of this mother -Clotilde- making gastronomic emphasis on a simple kitchen, personal and authentic. Tilde is a culinary tribute, a living portrait- of this memory and this family-, that transcends time. Because we believe that cooking is transmiting emotions. That aroma thas comes traveling in the air and survives in time, make us, her children, continue this proyect, restoring the soul of this cooking that explores the curiosity of traveling. Today we invite you to this house that has its own soul. We call it home. Welcome.
