We like the product, the raw material, the ingredient. Much. Our intention is to reveal it. get it expressed in a delicious, beautiful, graceful version, that we all enjoy sharing. we like the egg when it is in the field and the chicken when it is pastoral. We enjoy the flours more when they are organic and are fermented / worked with sourdough, and feel that whole grain taste in the whole grain. We choose meat that comes from animals raised with respect, in the open. We love vegetables and prioritize those organic and agroecological. We prefer dairy products that are still farm, natural, without additives. we like noble ingredients treated with kindness, and we pay close attention to offering what we consider to be the most fresh, tasty and nutritious.
