When simplicity is truly authentic, it conveys the superb quintessential spirit of the product. This is what we aimed to create while designing Elena's menu. We place absolute importance on the search to find every impeccable ingredient. Proud believers of the farm-to-table philosophy, our iconic charcuterie and cheese platters - paying homage to the Argentine picada - are locally sourced, carefully selected and coming from the country's best farms. The Argentine beef, a driving influential force throughout the entire menu, undergoes the old method of dry aging the meat, aging the beef properly in a highly controlled environment to provide a steak with the utmost quality where the bursting flavors are concentrated and achieve the perfect texture. We pay tribute to our grandmother's cooking with hearty dishes like pastas and osso buco. Through unconventional cooking techniques using a char-broiler and rotisserie spit grill, our food achieves a distinct ideal consistency. At Elena, we carefully and purposefully have thought out every last detail: from the water which is purified and filtered in house, the bread basket which includes homemade sourdough made from our own starter, the elegant coffee cups, and even down to the best sugar and flour for our coffees accompanying petit four. Elena has its roots deeply entrenched into the heart of the local culinary scene. And, from here, conquers the entire world.
