Located at a hundred years old house at 1893 Malabia, Wild Lotus restaurant with East Asia design, peaceful ambiance, traditional music and typical Vietnamese cuisine made by a Vietnamese Chef including fried spring rolls (Spring Roll contain boiled pork, shrimp, boiled rice noodle, cucumber, carrot and herb wrapped in moistened rice paper), Grilled Fish, Pho (noodle), Chao Tom (shrimp on sugar cane), Grilled Squid Halong. will bring you an unique Vietnamese experience. Wild Lotus Restaurant is dedicated to my grandmother who pass her cooking passion to me. My grandmother has been lived through two wars in Vietnam working as a chef for French officers and American senior soldiers. When the wars were over, her love of food and cooking increased. My grandmother, together with her 6 children including my mother, successfully built up the family catering business promoting authentic Vietnamese cuisine. It is my grandmother I have to thank for the secrets of my dishes including fresh ingredients and a passion for Vietnamese cuisine
