Born in the golden age of tango, El Viejo Can is one of the most traditional restaurants in Buenos Aires, with a good Argentine grill. It presents a majestic local presence, with the outstanding vitraux lamps, the imposing bookcase with hundreds of old bottles, the great room with its red corduroy chairs. Among its flavors, there is place for the grill, with special cuts of pork, veal and chicken (matambrito, bondiola, tail loin, veal, bife de chorizo, among others) with different side dishes; and their homemade pastas such as homemade spinach ravioli, potato gnocchi, sorrentino ham and mozzarella, or black diamonds; dishes of yesteryear, in winter seasons pot dishes, stews, risotto, polenta; Minutes and international dishes such as bacon tenderloin, matambrito al verdeo, lamb a la italiana and many more delights.
