We eat a ton of sushi in New York and were skeptical about sushi in Olivos, but Asato is fantastic. I thought the miso soup was the most interesting I had ever had and my friends ate more Salmon than a hungry bear.
The food was actually delicious, a balanced menu with a well thought wine chart to go with it. Lovely atmosphere. Very well recommended
