Salustiana is a house-restaurant located behind closed doors in a house built in 1900 in Adrogu, South Buenos Aires with pine floors and adobe walls, where lived Doa Salustiana Garcia who inspired a passion for home cooking and where today his granddaughter Alejandra Catardi and Leo Luciani carry out the task of providing its diners a taste of homemade food. In Salustiana have specialty: roast suckling pig in mud, Patagonian lamb, fish, seafood, pasta Italian style and risotto. And we have an underground cellar with Argentine wines of the highest quality.
