About
The name was chosen by a story that tells of a village called the region where members (small people called hobbits) spend all day working, cultivating and producing beers for the evening together to celebrate life with food and drink, after the celebration and the next day back to work and so we believe it is the gastronomic life, we saw very representative of the activity and therefore decided to call the restaurant as well. In 2006 the brothers Franco and Cristian Scapin Scapin receive Bernardo (father) a property (the restaurant is now) to start a gastronomic venture. At first the place only had walls, roof, bathrooms and front but had to be developed in him kitchen, grill bar, lounge, complete bathrooms, among others. For that the brothers decided to start doing catering for businesses and events, as well as rent the hall and other activities that made slowly and with great effort can finish building the facility and purchase the necessary equipment to start working as Bar pizzeria open to the public. Second stage In 2008 he joined the house specialty roast to wood and from here on is we set out as a grill restaurant offering since all sorts of regional dishes, Creole and other classic specialties like pizzas, steaks and seafood, among others. PHILOSOPHY Since we were always a company with clear intentions, creative ideas and a lot of work effort. We were incorporated with several years of fighting against adversity and continue in the battle, which is not easy, we believe that we are ready and confident that we face a future prosperous although this must be very clear mission of the company and pursue together the objectives
