The Restorante was the origin of La Guarida Hotel Gourmet & Spa and today is its star. There are not many tables: that allows a quiet chat and a deep enjoyment of the flavors, aromas and textures. It is a gourmet restaurant, which also takes into account those who need low calorie or vegetarian menus. Our chef, Federico Schiraldi, won the 2nd place in the Cordoba Cuisine Contest of the Province of Crdoba and won the 2nd Prize in the Best Regional Dish category. 2010.
