In the middle of Villa General Belgrano. Good for coffee cakes and everything in between. Lovely flower tubs with yellow pansies.It can get busy but worth the wait.
We went to Cafe Rissen twice during our stay in Villa General Belgrano in August, and again on our way back from La Cumbrecita a few weeks later. The outdoor seating is lovely!
