CinQ is a different proposal in Jean Bousquet Winery, with a local set with a warm and rustic style and attended by the sympathy of its own owner. The menu is based on meats from General Pico (La Pampa), while the rest of the meats will be of local origin, such as the goat and the exquisite dishes with Malarge trout.
