About
I am an Engineer, founder and brewmaster of Holmes Brewery Co., with more than 10 years of experience in brewing. My first experiences as a homebrewer were made in the USA, where I keep doing trainings in different cities every year. I am also a member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA). My passion for craft beer encouraged me to start my own experience where the goal is to produce the highest quality beers and to open an unique brewery with a warm and welcoming environment where visitors can enjoy a different experience. You will know our brewery and our production process. Being in direct contact with our raw material, you will learn about our techniques, taste our beers accompanied with a table of exclusive smoked meats (wild boar, deer, pheasant, rhea) in a unique environment. The owner and brewmaster of the company will receive you, so you will have the possibility of interacting directly with him.
