About
Mosqueta Tastes of the Mountain is a place created to please the palate with local flavors and original dishes. It is a place where sensations delight the five senses, insuring that every trip to our table is a unique experience. The name of our restaurant was inspired by the Rosehip, a wild bush of thin twigs, full of thorns whose stems and branches are blanketed in delicate white and pink flowers; a surprisingly beautiful plant to come from the barren soil of certain reaches of Patagonia. It is also found in small areas of Chile and Per and typical of Potrerillos landscape. When its petals fall, the plant develops a reddish, oval fruit full of enormous seeds . It is from these seeds that rosehip oil is extracted, an oil that is considered to be one of the most powerful skin regenerators that exists.
