We went here looking for empanadas. Alas the site was closed for renovation. No indication whether it will be the same when the works are completed
I was in Tobias for lunch just after my arrival on Salta. The tour guide recommended us this place and it was certainly great. I had oven cooked and fried empanadas and both were great. Highly recommended.
Good value for what you pay. A popular place right in the middle of the central plaza of Salta. Good empanadas.
