Stems from the concept of creating a distinct, warm and unique environment, unlike any other culinary experience in Salta. It started with the recycling and restauration of a mid XIX century estate, where Don Jose and Doa Domingas old neighborhood dairy used to be. Wall decoration was in charge of local artist Rodolfo Cholo Vivas, who enthusiastically took upon this project and made it his own leaving a true testament of his work, mixing colors and techniques, creating real pieces of art between lines and turns. Andean food, Peruvian dishes, fish, vegetarian and regional cuisine, and prime Argentinian beef cuts are our specialty. Our artisanal dishes and beers are manufactured with high quality products, agricultural and vegetable garden produce, and using a state-of-the-art vacuum cooking method called sous vide.
