Temur's place was serving a typical dish called “Temur's plate” – delicious fried sausage with fried potato in a branded black pan, spiced with red pepper and served with draft beer and pickles. The plates were of three different sizes: small, medium and large. “Temurnots” has closed in 1978. Since then the regular customers of the beerhouse had a cherished wish to see it re-open.
