Great coffee for Canberra. Still a little weak but hot with a rich and interesting flavour, so very unlike almost all Canberra coffee. Interesting foods with good veg options and sandwiches going beyond the norm. Very distracted service though.
The coffee is not burnt! Hoorah! It actually tastes good. Well balanced flavour. This little place on Lonsdale Street has an inviting atmosphere when you walk in. It feels intimate with the service counter stretched all the way down the left wall with a staircase that extends to the heavens on the right. At first it seems like only a few pockets of seats and tables to sit at (I particularly like the communal table at the front) but there are stacks more upstairs. Come inside and try the coffee out. I havent tried the food yet but I can assure you that I will in the near future.
