One of my favourite Indian restaurants – Blu Ginger at Civic is a cornerstone of Indian dining. I love the Baigan Patiala – with the chef brandishing his knives to slice and dice the eggplants. The Barrah Kebab (baby lamb cooked in the tandoor) is my other go to food.
