I was really disappointed. Neither the taste nor the presentation of the dishes was up to expectation. The oxtail was too salty and the beef tenderloin was tough. The desert looked good but tasted awful. The orange sorbet tasted so strange that I couldnt tell it was made from orange. The service was inefficient. Im not going back to this restaurant again.

Love the wine selection as well try the Italian moscato if you can, its not too sweet but easy to go with any food. Will definitely come back for a special occasion!
Absolutely Devine! I have been holding out on you with my reviews and went to Courgette just before the Easter weekend. This One Hatted restaurant certainly does not disappoint! Dimly lit with modern decor I just loved the atmosphere. The service was immaculate, the waiters we had tended to our every need, they were regularly checking in with us and making polite conversation. The food, where do I start? Presentation was simply amazing (see the photos), the taste of the meals matched. Delicious!!! Certainly save this place for that special night out!!!
It is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. There were not enough waiters and it took forever to be served. I had been waiting for ages before he kept serving the throngs of people sitting next to me. The food is ok but for this price, it is not acceptable. Bad is not suitable to describe this restaurant, awful is a better word. This is a dreadful restaurant, dont know why it has four stars, terrible service and such awful food quality mean I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.
I had seen this place on previous visits but it was the concierge at the hotel booked us in. Staff were very welcoming and polite and decor was modern relaxing and comfortable. The degustation menu covered all bases and there was something in each of the 4 courses for everyone. The smoked butter was so amazing on fresh hot bread rolls. The smoked trout 10/10, the pork belly 10/10 and presentation was spot on. The beef 10/10 and as before the presentation was spot on. Last was the raspberry mille feuille 10/10 and looked stunning. We had matched wines and this was the let down. Part of doing a degustation menu is the journey and experience. Instead of here is a Chardonnay from WA it should be an description about how this complements the dish.
Had a 4 course meal here that was French in style mixed with modern australian.The presentation was very nice and all of the dishes were spot on, definately not your average type and style of food but was worth the experience.If u make it to canberra its worth a shot!
It a good place to reward yourselves. The environment is warm and comfortable and the staff is so nice. every plate is served so beautiful and delicate.
