It was a filling meal at Domino’s. I had a pretty good time with my friends. The pizzas were all fine, I enjoyd the Garlic Bread. The service was horribly slow and I was charged extra for ketchup. Seriously? That was a little annoying. Otherwise, a good company and pizzas made up for the annoyance.
Domino’s civic, is most likely the only domino’s outlet in canberra that offers seating area. It has always been a busy place and very popular amongst office staff as well as university students. Hungry, tired, late night eating- no matter what the mood, domino’s has always been a go to place for budget eating. Being a vegetarian, I always felt that there were a handful for vegetarian options but still loved coming back for quality and good service. However of late, circumstances appear to have deteriorated- chef best pizza – gone off the list, garden pizza – went as fast as it came Pan base- no where close to a pan pizzaQuality of ingredients – substandard quality, the freshness and rich taste is far gone Delivery- fail to meet the designated timeStaff keep changing and fail to build a rapport with their repeat customers.Hate to give poor reviews, but intend to be a wake up call to buck up the service and quality up to the mark

Bad food. Bad pizza but nice people.
This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Last couple of times when I paid for the bill I said no paypass, go saving, but the staff still did that which really annoyed me. And this time I ordered a chips, it is really disgusting cuz lots of black burnt particles are attached with the chips (probably from the dirty oven). I asked either refund to me or made me another one, and the guy said he will make me another one. However I should have just asked for refund cuz it turned out to be the same. He even didn’t say sorry. I don’t really have time to argue about that but to remind everyone not to eat there.
Ordered online. Website was quick and easy to use. The food was ready when I reached there. That’s where the good experience ended. Food tastes like cardboard. There was no flavour to it and toppings waters quite sparse. Other domino’s have been better but this is the worst pizza I’ve had. Save your money and go somewhere else
