Food Poisoning. I was woken up many times in the night by severe stomach pains and vomited several times. Food was delivered 30 minutes early. I was not at home when it arrived and had to rush back.
Its a restaurant I visit very often in dubai. When I saw it here in Canberra, I was super excited.Being my birthday dinner – nothing more interesting for me than a Thai cuisine for dinner.Happy with the dishes. Especially the chicken with basil – spicy as Thai spicy .Disappointed with the service.They served main course before the soup.Then took it back to serve the soup.Everytime we asked for something it took longer than expected.Only two staff members to serve where as the tables were almost full.The staff was not suggestive or interactive.Restaurant business is lot about food and service.Hope they improve.
Lemon Grass has a pretty good atmosphere but the food is a tad average. I’ve been here on a few occasions and the dishes are either pretty good or slightly boring. Kudos on the service though! The classic chicken pad Thai is nothing to write home about so I’d come here for other dishes.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The customer service was literally horrible! The staff wasn’t friendly. They don’t even know how to put a plate in front of the customer properly! The food was delicious though!
Great food and service. Our group of 4 dined here last night and we enjoyed the food and attentive service. One couple was vegetarian and there were many veto dishes to choose from. We all liked our meals. Favourite dish for the meat eating pair was our chicken stir fry with mushrooms, beans and basil – Pad Gra Prow. A word of advice to would be diners, bring a bottle of wine with you. This restaurant is only licensed for BYO. We are visiting from out of town and did luckily take a bottle with us just in case – it pays to be prepared. We would all recommend this restaurant.
Not cool… I went to the Woden location. I will never go back. The service is terrible. I asked three times for my pregnant wife’s coconut juice to arrive. After it didn’t, I was still charged at the counter…and when I explained that it never arrived the guy behind the counter giggled.
OK. So so , not terrible but I’d like to try and other Thai joints and won’t be racing back here …only tried a simple noodle too
