The service has vastly improved. However, still needs some work. The waitstaff are somewhat friendly but still not the best. We ordered 2 surf and turf, the steak was cook well cooked for medium rare (we asked for rare) but it was still very nice. The prawns were divine but the fish was so overcooked it wasn’t funny… hopefully am improvement will come in the new year…
Booked a table but when we arrived there were no tables ready, when ordering drinks they did not have ingredients for the cocktails we ordered from the menu, went through 3 beers on the menu before they went through the few they did have, then waited for our drinks before we ordered food, they seemed to have forgotten our second order of ribs, flagged down a waitress who seemed to just add one to the bill at the till and leave it at that, flagged a second waitress down who followed up further, came back and let us know it was on the way, the manager then came past, noticed there was a meal missing from the table and then followed up on it, came back and told us it was on the way, food arrived quickly, all of the food was really good, got up to pay, stood in line and waited as the people in front of us split the bill, got to the register and we were told they don’t split bills, doesn’t make sense since they just did…… Oh well, paid and got out of there, checked the receipt on the way out and we were charged for 3 serves of ribs, went back and got a refund, will never be returning to this restaurant.
