A friend was visiting and Raku was their first choice. We chose the Tasting Menu, $80pp for dinner. The stand out dishes for me were the salmon tartar, scallops and the dessert (toasted sesame ice cream with caramelised miso and matcha wafers). All meals were beautifully presented and flavours very well balanced. Service was attentive and prompt. Definitely worth a check out!
