Not bad overall, definitely nowhere near as authentic as some of the other Vietnamese options in Canberra, I guess that’s what you should expect with a huge franchise. The banh mi wasn’t terrible, but compared to some of the other rolls that I’ve tried I’d say try another joint for your Vietnamese fix!

Paid $9.50 for a pork and crackling Bahn Mi. No crackling, and consisted largely of cheap grated carrot. I was particularly disappointed because I had been waiting to find a good Banh Mi in Canberra, but it seems the wait will go on. I don’t mind paying well if the product is good, but I do expect to get what I paid for. Don’t bother. I won’t again

I came by last week and had a rice paper roll .It was amazing and filling.Especially the tofu and stuffed rice with garlic chilly oil.I would come again to have some more in coming days.

Wondered around the food court for a bit and found this place pretty interesting and got myself a pork and crackling bahn mi, was absolutely delicious. Will certainly come again next time..

Been there a few times, felt a bit uninspired. The rice paper rolls are like 99 per cent vermicelli, and the pork bun, like the other reviewer said, doesn’t use pickled carrots. The one thing I liked was the sweet potato chips and the fried spring rolls you get in the set meal. Iced tea is quite nice as well. Regardless they also have some good set deals so still an attractive place for a quick office lunch

Stopped by today for a Bahn Mi and a peach ice tea. For a food court shop, reasonably priced and passable food, but the tea was far to sweet and despite my request for minimal chilli there was loads. Simple improvements would make the world of difference such as pickled carrots and softened pt so it doesn’t tear the bread. Overall, I wouldn’t bother again. 2/5

Service and trading hours. I have to say I really love your Bun Mee with crackling pork, but my love for this delicious treat soon turns to frustrations as the last 4 tips to Rolld Canberra Centre I have been turned away empty handed.I have been given a number of reasons as to why I cannot have the food I want but have always been a little perplexed as to why the 2 -3 staff members in the shop at the time cannot whip something together. All occasions there has been minimum 1.5 hours of trading for the shopping centre, one time there was 3 hours of trading to go, but the responses of we have run out of buns, there is no pork crackling left and my favourite of we have packed everything up (2 occasions, both of which were when there was 2.5 hours of trading left) leave me wondering if providing a customer service is a team goal.I can totally understand that sometime you underestimate the amount or just plain run out of stock but, today to have packed up at 3 pm on a day that trading is until 5pm has really left me scratching my head and taking my business elsewhere. On a day where the shops were full with hungry mothers day shoppers I would have though it would be a perfect opportunity for a full day of trade.
