We were on here for a week of training across the road and every now and then we were in a need for a coffee fix. With this place being the closest.. most of the people in class would venture across to grab their caffeine hit. The shop was a simple cafe that held a corner position. With what looks like a large offering of drinks and food… it doesn’t specialise in much. The coffee we had was so hot and so burnt that the majority never returned and actually chose to walk to the distance to Loading Zone to get a nice coffee instead. I didnt get a chance to try their food… but the only reason we came back was to quickly grab another beverage from the fridge… Happy to mark this down as a no go coffee zone…
The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because I only had tea (and though it was very nice, it was teabag in a pot rather than loose-leaf, a personal preference!) and didn’t taste the food, which LOOKS fantastic! Absolutely the best service I’ve experienced (and witnessed) in Canberra, a lovely clean cafe with a personal touch. Super fast, and very friendly, in just the right way. Look forward to having a meal there at some stage. Great location.
