Brilliant fish cakes and perfectly balanced salads – the larb and green papaya are particularly zesty and fresh. The curries are delectable. Try the trout dumplings in green curry – it’s a mix of little packets of smoked fish in light wraps with veggies and spices swimming in a velvety curry soup sharing tart fish sauce with aromatic coriander and some chilli heat.
