We’ve be coming to Xchange once a week every week since my oldest son was six months old. He’s 5 1/2 now. We’ve kept coming cause the food and service are consistently great. The owners treat us like family. For at least a year they used to draw a dragon of choice on the shell of my sons boiled egg until he stopped asking for that! Both our sons sit in the non leather chairs. We don’t mind at all.
Had to leave the place paying the full bill without having the food. The owner was more worried about getting his $140 worth of leather chair dirty than my family having the breakfast. Yeap! The owner quoted the price of the chair and didn’t want my 4 years old child to sit on the leather chair because it will get dirty. Also made a comment what we have ordered is not close to the cost of the chair. Very rude and offensive!The owner needs to learn how to behave and get the priority right. Definitely not going back there.
