Great little joint for a cheeky steak while watching the cricket. Great place to watch sport, chill out with a beer and catch up with some mates. The service was friendly and welcoming! I am always on the look out for a unique gin and this place had the Blind Tiger gin tucked away behind the bar. What a great little gem in Dickson!
The Ducks Nuts really is the Ducks Nuts. The Dear Luncher was treated to a fabulous sports bar experience recently at this establishment. The TVs had their own sound source and even though there were about three different sporting events on at the time, everyone was happy. This particular pub/bar is reportedly the largest space in Dickson serving premium beverages, cocktails and boasts the most craft beers on tap. The latter part of this is something The Dear Luncher can verify – The Ducks Nuts has an incredibly wide selection of beers. Feral Hop Hog on tap always brings a smile to The Dear Lunchers dial. The burger consumed was excellent, the fries were OK just a little overdone. The surrounds and setup inside this venue, just terrific. Its a gastro pub with excellent beers, but it also has a TAB on site. thedearluncher.wordpress.com
