The chef worked in a number of Dubai hotels which made him ‘international’ chef? Definitely a desert chef and good attempts on sweet and savoury pastry to fit the local social economic demographic preference. The ingredient effort is superb here, this place has passion for food.
New bakery on Brierly street is well worth a visit. This is a family run business. The owner Chris came from the Hilton in Dubai trained as pastry chef. The made to order large cakes, smaller deserts, pastries and fresh breads are top quality. It is very reasonably priced with friendly service. Great coffee, chai, fresh pies, quiche, sandwiches and lunch, what more could you ask for ! Best new bakery for Weston Creek and Southside Canberra
