Driving through Albury recently, we went into one establishment, but they had virtually nothing for The Coeliac One, so we kept looking. Then we found this place. The staff were extremely helpful. Not only did they go through what the options were, but the lovely young woman even changed the gloves she had been wearing to make sure there wasn’t cross contamination. My (non gf) burrito was lovely, and hubby enjoyed his gf tacos. You can have soft or crispy. Give it a try!
