Busy night. We had the paella was too salty and burnt in places. The seafood platter was good and on special for $14.95. Wines was well priced.
If I had a photo of the food from the Chinese restaurant in the SS & A I would be arrested for visual violence. On the one hand, it has reminded my dining companion and I how fortunate we are to have eaten well so many times. On the other, this lunchtime order of satay chicken, assorted pieces of dim sum and fried rice served as a reminder of the dangers of food trauma. The stars are for the service, the lunchtime food gets nothing. That said, locals like the food here – maybe it was just a bad day in the kitchen. There are better places to eat, even in the SS&A.
