The beef in the pho was thin but had been cooked in one mass rather than broken up, so some parts were brown and others very red (after a while in the broth, they worked out good though). All of the beef was exceptionally tender and tasty though, plus the broth had good flavour, so I’d rate it the 2nd-best pho I’ve had in Sydney this year. The crab and pork spring rolls were also good, although the price for them seems a little high – unlike the pho, which at $12 is cheap for most parts of Sydney but an absolute bargain in Alexandria.
