The concept of easy access to many different mostly healthy ingredients thrown into a bowl sounds good and most of the ingredients seemed good – except the salmon, which did not seem up to the quality of a typical sushi joint. The price seems ridiculous for a glorified salad though. It’s now $16.50 for the regular size – no smaller option so I paid $19.50 for a large takeaway and managed to get two small meals out of it because the rice pads it out. I like the concept but I feel like you could get a better quantity and quality of similar food at most sushi places.
