I loved this place. Firstly because they have an amazing beer, 16 types of beer to be exact. If you are not sure I recommend the 6 glasses sample tray then you can be sure of what beer you want. But the burgers are amazing!!!! Really good, fresh meat and great taste. Kids and dog friendly that’s the best!
A nice brewery that is dog and child friendly which was evident this afternoon with lots of prams and dogs walking in. All well behaved it was nice to see both pet owners and families enjoying the day. We were here to have some nice brews on tap. We decided to try the tasting flights. It was a choice was six brews. FUSAMI Victory, OATIS, Rose Kolsch, Pink Boots, Camperdown One, and Gadda Da Vidda. They all had their unique flavours and were all refreshing. Great atmosphere and nice place to relax and enjoy a cold beverage.
Wayward is my least favourite of the brewery bars that I’ve visited in Sydney. I always head straight for the pale ales and Waywards were very unhoppy, so certainly not my sort of beer but maybe their other styles are good. The prices are full bar prices, the highest Ive seen at any Sydney brewery bar. And then theres the dark and dingy interior that gets rather hot and sweaty. You might get some breezes at the tables near the entrance.
