Thai Fire Wok is one of the few Thai halal restaurants in Sydney. The location is quite convenient as you can find it opposite to Arncliffe station. I had the chicken fried rice, which was bland; and the seafood pad thai which was dominated by the sweet tamarind and fish sauce. It was almost a different noodles version, not like any pad thai I’ve tasted or created. Plus, the seafood tasted like they’ve been frozen in the fridge. I love Thai food but not planning to come back here.
This is right opposite tempe station. Business was slow but they offered me a good deal of panang curry, rice, egg & a soft drink for $16, which is their lunch box deal. Service is friendly, and most importantly the food was delicious! Good value for money!
Excellent food. Enjoy and real thai food
Mediocre. It was average, if not slightly disappointing. Not much meat and the taste was ok. I’d give it a go if you’re just craving some generic Thai but it’s not a place I’d go raving to my mates about.
Terrible mains could have cooked better myself. The meals were full of vegetables and not much meat nor flavour.
Truly an underestimated restaurant. This place delivers fresh and tasty Thai food at the same, if not lower than, prices that you would expect to find anywhere else.I’m yet to try any of their specials but their staples (Pad See Ew, Laksa) are great. The lime and zucchini in the Pad See Ew made an interesting twist that made the dish stand out from every generic Thai place in Sydney.
