Sometimes, a lack of options can be a good thing. There’s barely 4 eateries near my workplace in Artarmon, and this is one of them.Run by a friendly couple*, this place offers a small selection of salads, burritos and the occasional special meal of the day. Since the lounge is a part of a bigger ‘Lift & Box’ setup, the food is healthy and prepared freshly every morning. I’ve had the opportunity to try the chicken burrito, their green detox drink, and a special meal here and this should be a succinct review of the food- Chicken Burrito : Stuffed with piping hot chicken, cheese and lettuce, the burrito is wholesome and delicious. Adding the hot sauce (sriracha) is optional but I would strongly recommend it.Special meal (In this case – slow cooked lamb, mashed sweet potato and barley) : Fragrant slow cooked lamb curry was complemented really well by the barley and sweet potato, and if you are a lover of well-cooked, tender lamb then I would suggest you order this whenever available.Green detox – a classic. Cucumber, kale, pineapple and a few other healthy goodies packed in a flavourful, cool drink.This is a quick-service eatery and given the setting, I’d recommend getting a takeaway.
