Uygur food is quite hard to find in Sydney but we were very pleased with what we found at Silkroad! We bought a few items but especially enjoyed the polo rice and the meat filled bread buns and although the lamb skewers were a little dry they still tasted amazing. This restaurant provides an interesting insight into Uygur cuisine and how it has developed so differently from that of eastern Chinese dishes.
