From the outside this place appears like it should be a dingy place that serves amazing food. Sadly its just a dingy place that serves below average food. In a suburb with many culinary gems, this is just below par. Have been a few times for the fried chicken. Havent ever been particularly impressed with it, however this last time I went, it tasted as though the chicken had been pre-fried, and then microwaved to heat when we ordered. I was disappointed that they didnt have what I ordered, and just brought us something else instead (especially given the reason was that they didn’t have what I wanted pre-made, and weren’t willing to freshly fry some chicken for us). The fried chicken took a while to come out, which was an encouraging sign that they were making it fresh, but the end result was terrible. It was not crispy, but soggy and chewy. Fried chicken should be one of the easier things to not stuff up! Do not just microwave pre-fried chicken! The staff are friendly though
Ive been coming here since 2014. First place Ive tried afghan food and worth your time if you want to try something different, unique and delicious. Love their haleem and kabuli Palaw.

Cute little restaurant nothing fancy but it has all the essentials at the table. Nice service too.Best of all is the food here! Came the other day for haleem and mixed kebabs . Cooked to perfection and generous portions. The bread which comes with it is also so delicious unlike the other restaurants which cut up pitas this is baked fresh. The buffet is good value also but I prefer to order off the menu. Cant wait to return to Sydney and come back !
Today i went to this place as we ordered 3 handi and 2 kheer as take away their service was to quick and we left the place after sometime we noticed kheer was missing we tried to call them they didnt respond.Order number-098
Probably the worst biryani I had in my life. The chicken in the biryani was like just boiled. The biryani rice was tasteless. Really regret eating the biryani
No doubt this place has good value for money. But the food isn’t that great. We ordered haleem, nihari, chicken biryani and kabuli pulao. The rice dishes were great but the haleem and nihari were just average. I would recommend the chicken biryani for 10$ and also their normal lassi and mango lassi
