Yoda first opened its doors in July of 2013. Since then, Chef and owner Brendan Brady has been feeding the insatiable (and well-trained) appetites of Sydneysiders with quality interpretations of hawker-style favourites with a modern Australian twist. Heavy wooden tables are surrounded by an eclectic collection of dining chairs, showing owner Michelle's need to give diners a sense of coming home. Aromas and sounds hum through the air with the restaurants' open kitchen the centre of attention. Fresh ingredients complement and excite all palates from chilli-lovers to those less enthusiastic about heat, while an ever-changing specials board boasts curries, salads, soups and imaginative main dishes, enough to render the most respectable foodie speechless.
